Dekan Fikes UMM Malang: Perawat Indonesia Perlu Melek Hukum Kesehatan
Penting bagi para perawat untuk mengetahui hukum atau aturan yang berlaku. Hal ini untuk menghindarkan mereka melakukan malpraktik ketika sudah terjun di dunia kerja. Kesadaran itulah yang coba dibangun oleh Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM Malang) melalui seminar bertajuk “Isu Hukum di Indonesia” yang digelar pada Senin (30/12/2024). Seminar yang diikuti oleh ratusan mahasiswa Fikes UMM ini pakar hukum pidana, yang ekspert di bidang hukum kesehatan, Prof Dr Sidiq Sunaryo SH MHum sebagai narasumber utama. Dekan Fikes UMM Prof Yoyok Bekti Prasetyo mengatakan, melalui seminar ini para calon perawat ini diajak untuk mengupas berbagai isu hukum kesehatan yang ada di NKRI. Harapannya hal itu bisa menjadi rambu-rambu bagi para mahasiswa ketika terjun di dunia profesional. “Ini sebagai antisipasi sekaligus mitigasi tenaga kesehatan Indonesia agar melek hukum,” ucapnya. Prof Yoyok menegaskan, perlu langkah kongkrit untuk mengatasi masalah kesehatan yang ada Indonesia. Sehingga dengan seminar ini para mahasiswa diharapkan tidak hanya mengetahui soal ilmu pengetahuan di dunia kesehatan saja saat terjun ke lapangan, tetapi juga berbagai regulasi yang harus mereka taati. “Dengan begitu mahasiswa Fikes UMM mendapat pemahaman komprehensif dan holistik hingga dapat menjadi Nakes yang betul-betul profesional,” pungkasnya
