The Physiotherapy Professional Study Program of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang has a desire to make the Physiotherapy Professional Study Program the leading in the implementation of professional physiotherapy education in the development of science and technology (IPTEK) in the field of community physiotherapy based on Islamic values.

The Physiotherapy Professional Study Program of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang provides education and teaching with the facilities of an electrotherapy laboratory, exercise therapy laboratory, manual therapy laboratory, pediatric laboratory, gymnasium laboratory, measurement and examination laboratory and community laboratory. In clinical practice, students teach for 13 months in hospitals, health centers, and physiotherapy clinics with the guidance of clinical instructors and clinical educators.

The Physiotherapy Professional Study Program of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang receives instruction including Orthopedic and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Neuromuscular Physiotherapy, Pulmonary Cardiovascular Physiotherapy, Community Physiotherapy, Geriatric Physiotherapy, Sports Physiotherapy, Integumentary Physiotherapy, Women's Health Physiotherapy and Ergonomic Physiotherapy
